My friend and I can't see to settle this, so we'd like opinions. I think Vick is a top 10 because he poses a unique challenge to defenses and has shown that he can take over big games. And if you combine his russing and passing, he is a top ten in total yardage. I think that his stats have sort of stalled because his pass blocking and receivers are awful. My friend is thinking because his team is on a 2 year playoff drought and he hasn't eclipsed 3,000 yards in passing alone. What do you think?

We just agreed to bet a few bucks on who gets the most votes,so decide wisely.

You ever notice that on questions like this people always say "my friend and I are talking about it" and they can never admit that its actually them who likes the deadbeat player that everyone cant stand?

Anyways, NO... Michael Vick will NEVER be considered one of the top 10 quarterbacks in the NFL. Yeah Vick was effective the first few years of his career, but as soon as the other 31 teams realized that all you have to do is put a little pressure on him and he will crumble, it was all over. I will say though that he has a killer arm... but no accuracy. Vick just needs to learn how to actually throw the ball as opposed to just running all the time. Vick will never do anything with his career, he'll never win a superbowl, get MVP, make the playoffs again, hell I don't think he'll even get the choice of retiring. Considering Vick's recent problems with the law... if he even does get to play in the NFL ever again... I'd say his next year will be his last chance to make something happen, and considering he never does no matter what they say... wave good bye to "Super Man" as they call him.

lil bigz: How in the hell do you list Michael Vick before quaterbacks like Favre, Pennington, and Romo on your list of 20?! He's not even in the same league as their jocks let alone them!

Anybody who has a Career 53% completion percentage is not in the top 10 QB's. So not only does that take out Vick, but also Vince Young. the 2 lowest rated QB's in the NFL last year. His decision making is horrible. Even at Va. Tech they gave him the one and run option because he can't make 2 reads. And they cut the field in half so he didn't have to look at the other side because that too was too hard. Micheal Vick got lucky they traded Schaub, because Schaub was a better QB.

a million.) Peyton Manning - i think of maximum could agree. 2.) Tom Brady - i do no longer merely like the guy yet 3 SBs do no longer lie. 3.) Brew Brees - Champion for now. 4.) Brett Favre - 40-years-previous and has made 2 of three NFC Championship video games. 5.) Ben Roethlisberger - could be a scumbag yet he does have 2 titles. ======================================... 6.) Philip Rivers - super popular season QB and has gained extra playoff video games then Romo. 7.) Tony Romo - 38 wins 17 losses in the popular season and gained a playoff interest. 8.) Eli Manning - gained an excellent Bowl and carried his team final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days yet nevertheless inconsistent. 9.) Aaron Rodgers - i think of he has skill yet performs a vulnerable schedule, takes too many sacks, and the main crucial section, he's 17-15 in the popular season and 0-a million in the playoffs. he's a fantasy QB. 10.) Donovan McNabb - solid QB with a lot of fulfillment yet has misplaced lots presently.

Mike Vick is one of the top 10 Running Backs in the NFL, but I'm not even sure he's the top QB on his team. He throws about as well and can read defenses about as my grandma. I guess I'd rate him as the worse qB in the league.

Nope I could name 62 other Qb's that are better than him ( the starter's for other teams and the backups). Plus he's never taken over a bug game, all he can do is run. Plus with all his legal troubles I don't even want to look at him. Also I think Joey is going to win the starting job ( because of Vicks legal troubles and because he'll outplay him)

umm i do think he might be in top 10 or like number 13 or somthing because he is a bad passer but good runner and remember almost every team has a good qb cause a qb is the most important position

First, how can he take over big games? He hasn't been to the biggest one yet. He does pose a threat to some defensens, but others with quick LBers and smart DEs shut him down. His accuracy sucks.

I don't think he makes the top 10.

He's more like the bottom 10, he can't pass so he run. Quarterback pass not run. Plus his of the field activity is still being investigated, his mind is not clear on or off the field. He's not a good QB in my mind, he doesn't have the commitment for Wat it takes to be a good QB. Quarterback is alot of mental stuff, his mental is more into dogfighting.

lilbigz get the **** out of the sports section!! brett favre should be on your top 5...get past the 8th grade then you can talk about favre.

and for the record, vick is a great runner, so put him at reciever or return man, he doesnt belong in the position with his athletic ability.
