Women when you shower everyday.......?

Do you shampoo your hair everyday or on the days you don't shampoo do you: A. put your hair in a shower hat/net, B. put your hair in a bun or C. wash your hair with conditioner?

I shampoo every day, otherwise it gets really greasy.

I wash it with conditioner. I only shampoo my hair every three days, and ever since i started doing this my hair is so much more healthier! I DO take a shower every day though..

I only shampoo two to three times a week, mainly because i have curly hard to manage hair...i just put on a shower cap when i dont. It is better not to wash your hair everyday because if you have to blow dry it, you will do major damage to your hair and it also washes out the good oils.

I have really super curly hair. I make it a point to wash with shampoo as infrequently as i can because it makes my hair frizzy. I scrub it with conditioner most days. I live in the south and our humidity's a *****. I have to do what I can!

I try to shampoo and condition everyday or my hair gets a little oily.If I have to skip,It's hat day.
