Actually I think P & S has been tainted by a troll who goes by the name of 'Skinhead Charlie' who reminds me of another troll named 'Wel Zen'.
As for creativity I'm not sure since I always though of P & S as a place for questions that don't quite fit into any other category (in other words a default sub category). Also to me P & S is the most active sub category not to mention the most popular.
(Heck yeah, I've reach my 200th answer!!)

Although I definitely agree that we can be very creative and imaginative, yet I think most of the time we are simply to tired (or not in the mood) to go into the more serious categories. It's also more entertaining...you never know what to expect next. Just when you think you've heard it all......................
