we all get the blues sometimes and sometimes for no reason at all. when you're sad... it's best to talk to someone about it-your friends, parents, siblings, just some one that's willing to listen. another thing you can do is exercise... it'll keep you busy and you'll feel better afterward. or maybe cook a meal that you've always wanted to try. or listen to music, watch tv, hang out w/ friends, sleep, go shopping, take a vacation, etc. basically keep yourself busy. take care!

Finding humor any where I can helps me out much , I'll usually find a comedy on TV or put in a favorite movie and kick back with some snacks and try to lose myself for a bit watching it .
