I have no idea what song you're talking about. However, the best reggae CD I have in my player right now is Reggae Gold 2007-it's got a nice mixture of brand-spanking-new tracks-both dancehall and roots. Check it out. My favorite on the album is "Brooklyn and Jamaica" by Morgan Heritage.
To corroberate with what the Dani said, Cham and Elephant Man both have tracks on Reggae Gold 2007. Tantro Metro and Devante and Tony Matterhorn both have tracks on last year's Reggae Gold.
