Is Apple River, in Wisconsin, really the ****-fest I am imagining it to be, or are there really guys who can go, float and drink, and NOT screw a whore? My boyfriend JUST decided like 4 hours ago to go with his friends and I am upset. I trust him, but I do NOT trust the guys he went with. Neither of us can stand the main guy, but he is my b/f's friend. So he deals. I have a friendship like that too. Also, my b/f stopped doing drugs shortly before I met him and has only smoked pot 2 times since then, once in Hawaii, so that doesn't really count...:)_ The friend was bragging about how high they already were(him and 2 other guys) And how much pot and coke he had in the car, on TOP of the $300 worth of stolen beer. Like I said before, I trust him, I just know that when my

boyfriend is drunk, he is easily persuaded to do things he normally wouldn't and i am afraid that the friend will convince him to do something bad. I don't care that he will be looking at boobs, He is a guy, and boobs
will be exposed, so it is gonna happen. I guess I just really want to know if any guys around 24-25 have gone on a weekend with their buddies and not had a one night stand...? I hope I get the answer I want....thanks
PS....I posted this in dating but I didnt get any answers from there...and I didnt really want an 11 year old's opinion..thanks again in advance

To the first response: I know, that is my biggest fear. I talked to him about everything I am worried about and he understands why I am concerned, and I believe that He won't do the drugs, but I'm worried about the whole guilt by assosication that can bite him in the ***..

Let's get this right:

Already High....
Pot in the car....
Coke in the car...
Stolen beer in the car...

Be ready to:

A) Bail him out of jail
or
B) Identify the body

If he gets drunk/high/sped out enough, who knows what can happen - one night stand or worse (see the two above options).

The biggest lesson I learnt is about trust. It is a choice....if we trust, then we trust that a person will make the right decisions. We may not trust the people around him, but if we trust him, then we will trust he will make the right choices. You see what I mean. If the person you love, loves you equally, then he wont want to make a wrong decision....he wont want to lose you. If he is an adult, then he has the capacity to make choices....regardless of the peiople around him, then treat him like an adult with the capcity to be responsible for the choices he makes. If he makes a wrong choice, then he has to be responsible for that, and there is nothing you can do that will prevent people from making wrong choices. The onus is always on them, not on the people who they are hanging around with.

hun, you either have to trust your relationship, or you don't. You can't sit here and say "I trust him" but then question if he is going to be faithful or not. You know him best - you are the only one who can guage how he feels about you.

You are going to hear stories about people who have been bad, and people who have been good - you can't base your trust level on OTHER people's experiences...
