I guess that all depends on the personality of the person. I can relate more to my mother, becasue I am going throught the exact same stuff that she went through at my age. It also depends on the gender. It's proven that boys are more likely to have a better relation with their mother than there father, and vica-versa for girls. Anyway, I guess it all depends on the person. Imagine a kid who couldn't relate at ALL to either...man, I would feel bad for him/her!

Well, my Dad and I both loved telling stories and jokes and having fun! He died when I was 8 but I see alot of him in me. My Mother had religion and a name to uphold in the community so we shared nothing alike. I learned to be quiet and stay as far away from her as I could. When she lost it, the beatings were brutal. My grandparents were all dead by the time I was born. Parents were 43 and 41 at my birth.

Neither. My dad is a biggot and my mom is married to her current brother in law and lives in a barn... so they are equally messed up, so I'd say neither. My grandma's a really nice lady though and I relate to her, does that count?

I think that its hard to say, becasue i can relate to them both. I have my dads humor, he likes to laugh and joke around a lot and my mom is more laid back and chill, but knows when to have a good time. Which is kinda like me. But when it comes to looks, i look adopted... hahha i dont know why... but yea, so i would say i am more like my, probably dad.
i also say that because everything i do, i do it to make my dad proud, becasue if i dissapoint him, i feel like i am dissapointing myself.
