Even if the Madden curse doesn't get to him, the Titans don't have any weapns for Young. The best RB Travis Henry is gone and I think they only have LenDale White (who some says has gained too much weight in the offseason) and Chris Henry (who some say was just a workout warrior and didn't necessary produce that much on the field). The Titans also lost their best WR in Drew Bennett. Ben Troupe is a good young TE and should help, but he isn't a pro bowler or anything. Young is a great player, but I don't see the Titans having a good year. Also, with Pacman Jones out, the TItans won't be getting great field position on PR that Jones would have given them.

First of all let me just admit that I am a homer. Young is from the South side of Houston, just like me. I have met him, worked with at a camp once, and I bleed UT orange. As far the upcoming season and the Titans......he'll have his work cut out for him. No more Adam "Pacman" Jones, no offense, he'll be forced into a bad situation. He will be able to win some games against the weaker of the teams almost alone, but, because he will have to step up so early and so often in games will increase the chance of injury and mistakes. I look for Vincent to have a very average, at best year in the NFL. This will be his "welcome to the NFL" year. Last year he did not start the year as the starter this year he will, that's pressure in itself. Although I am happy that the league dealt with the punk that is Pacman Jones, it will hurt the Titans more than they know. It will hurt Vincent more than he knows. His mistakes that he made last year were overshadowed largely in part to Pacman making big plays on defense and special teams. No jinx, no curse, just NFL adjustments to Vincent Young. He'll be lucky to make it through the season without getting hurt playing in the manner that he does.

Vince Young would do good with a better offense, but, until then, he'll have to stick to 4th Quarter comebacks by himself.
As someone said on my question, http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ants_FCr3SsCUMevNAQnstzsy6IX?qid=20070714085213AAZjVWX, unless they put a buffet on the other side of the endzone and give the ball to LenDale White, they don't have any RBs.
They didn't get any really good WRs (if any) in the draft.
I say that he'll would do good with someone else good on offense. 9-7, 8-8, or 7-9 will be the record.

His WRs are gone, his starting RB is gone, a suspect D has gotten even worse, it will be a long season for Titan fans, 6-10 at worse, 8-8 at best, odds are Young won't finish the season healthy.

Vince Young (the '07 rookie of the year) is going to do even better than last year because he now has experience on his side. I would say he'd be a safe fantasy pick.
