4+x = 2y
y = x/2 + 2

4 + x = 2y -- the equation
4 + x/2 = y -- got to isolate variable
2 + 1/2(x) = y or 2 + x/2 = y -- simplify

I'm PRETTY sure it's the answer.... not certain though...
but seeing that the 1st dude got the same as me I'd say it is..

2y = x + 4
y = x / 2 + 2

x+4 = 2y
then, y = (x+4)/2 ........ANS
