The Patriots are the favorites, but they will have to gel as a team. You can't declare a winner just yet although they did have a great year in Free Agency. Just ask the Redskins how well free agency parlays into Super Bowls, they have tried and lost at this game several years running.
Ps...whoever posted Corey Dillon, he's not with the Pats anymore. IF Maroney can't run, or doesn't get help in the backfield, the Pats will NOT win it. For this reason I think Denver will go to the Super Bowl from the AFC.
Denver has Travis Henry now, Javon Walker and Jay Cutler in their second year in Denver, and an impressive defense with guys like Champ Bailey and John Lynch. Add to that Mike Shanahan is a living legend and has "been there before" you always have to have them in your top 5 AFC contenders.

There is no doubt New England will be contenders for the super bowl let alone the AFC. The only real legitimate threat to them winning it all again is the Colts. The Colts have beaten them where it counts and will have a mental edge going into next year's playoffs. While the Chargers did have a spectacular regular season last year, I don't see them being a threat without that great coaching staff of Marty Schottenheimer and Wade Phillips

Hey the Patriots is lock to win it all, i like your pick man. The patriots is a DYNASTY in the making for the last 5 years. The only reason they didn't win it last year because they didn't have a good WR. But this year they sign so many WR it's gonna be sick with their passing games. Their running games is gonna be awesome with Maroney leading the way. The defense is great year in year out, they're got a strong front 4 and good LBs, good secondary. Tom Brady gonna have an MVP type of season, great in the clucth with his play. That's why i pick him to be the MVP of the league. The Patriots gonna win it all, I'm not a patriots fan but i know a good team went i see one.

The Patriots were more dominant than the Colts last year, and that was before Brady had all these weapons to use. Yeah the Colts beat them in the AFC championship but that was only due to Caldwell dropping to wide open passes (touchdown/first down) that would have sealed the win. The Patriots will take it all this year, the Colts LUCK has run out.

Yes they have a good team with brady, moss, maroney, watson, seymor, brushi, thomas, vrabel, samuel, and hobbs but they won't win it all. The colts should have no problem winning it this year again. they are coming off a superbowl which will give them motivation to win again because of the "dynasty" that was made. Plus you easily have the best offense with manning, harrison, wayne, addai, clark and vinatarri; with a good defense to back them up. I think to many people are thinking moss and not enough people are looking at the obvious.

Patriots wont win the super bowl. They are going to be the Panthers and Bengals of 06-07. Im willing to bet the Jets will go farther in playoffs than the Patriots.

No the patriots dominate streak is over for a while, people aren't great forever, people do get old and loose it, take Kurt Warner for example. I think that there are too many other great teams out there that could beat the Pats.

No. This is the Chargers conference to win or lose in 07. There should be a team like the Ravens or Denver that will push ahead at the end, but no Pats. Sorry!

On paper it looks like the Pats will dominate the league. But injuries can change everything fast, remember when Cinny was about to go to the SB and got hit and the Steelers win it all. That is why they play the games on the field and not on paper.

The Patriots are winning it all...Don't listen to the desperate Colts fans who know that last season was a fluke perpetrated by the refs and the NFL...
