I am a couple weeks past my due date and I haven't felt my baby kick for a couple days now. I don't know if that is normal or not because this is my first child. My doctor has been out of town for 3 weeks and will be gone for another 2. The other doctor that is on call is my enemy. I don't want her to see my Va-jay-jay. The only thing I can remember happening is I went to six flags about 5 days ago and rode the Joker. What should I do? Is my daughter okay???? Please help!!!

The joker is not a rollercoaster. It's a swing, I want to go into labor.

I'm fat, so it's not obvious I'm preggers, so they let me ride.

you should have been taught about kick counts. well eat something and then go lay down and if after an hour or so you still feel nothing call you dr or if you hate her that much just go to the emergency room. they should have told you about kick counts and to do them daily

Okay, i am getting a little frustrated, here, you have said you were 37 weeks, having twins, having 5 babies, you've said u r 4'2" and weigh 82 lbs, what is going on here? you joined on the 12th, so in two days u went from 37 weeks to 42 weeks???

As for riding the joker, yes, it can hurt a baby, that is why preg women are not allowed on amusement park rides. if your baby hasn't kicked for a couple days, there is probably a major problem and you need to go the er, but seeing as i doubt you are pregnant, because you have too many conflicting questions on here, it doesn't matter does it.

I am shocked to hear that you were just on a roller coaster and you are past your due date-don't think that was very smart. If you haven't felt your baby move in the past couple day I would either go to the ER or see a doctor immediately! Hope everything is ok!

Okay...first of all...you should sue your doctor or place some type of harsh complaint against him/her for being out of town for that long. What an idiot..that is a sacrafice doctors have to make for their patients..they have to be there for us...and for him/her to put your health and your babies health at risk is unprofessional and plain not right..second, they do say that as the baby gets closer to being born, they move less because they have less room..but, not to scare you or anything, but my best friend was 2 weeks overdue, her idiot of a doctor kept just saying she'd go into labor on her own,etc..and she waited...and her son was stillborn. He had ran out of amniotic fluid and basically suffocated. So, you REALLY need to get to the hospital asap...if you care about your baby and yourself.

Good Luck.

**oh..and the six flags thing....HELLO...stupid...so,so stupid.

If you are a couple weeks past due and supposedly rode the Joker you need to be getting to the hospital asap as of tonight now go go go go. do not sit at the computer waiting for answers. get there now. the baby can not hold in your uterus any longer. tell them you have not felt her move. they will have to induce or do an emergency c-section. GET TO THE HOSPITAL NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Put your pettey issues behind you and go to the hospital. it is NOT normal to go a few days without fetal movement this far in pregnancy. But I kinda doubt your entire question because NO theme park would let you ride a roller coaster at "a couple weeks past your due date"...and no doctor would let you go "a couple weeks past your due date"...you would be in a hospital being induced right now.

Funny. Ur past due dont like the doc on call but you doc wont be back for 2 more weeks. Hmm. When u go into labor ru just going to cross your legs until your doc gets home?

Your baby is probably just cramped up with no room to kick. Also, theres a reason that pregnant women arent allowed on rollercoasters. I find it hard to believe that they let a full-term pregnant woman ride on one. Not the best idea.

Enemy or not you need to go to the hospital! The baby not moving is not normal. The baby should move untill she comes out. She could be in distress and needs to come out now! Get to the hospital as soon as u can..

FIRST OF ALL...

WHY WOULD U GO ON A RIDE IF U WERE OVERDUE?!?!?

SECOND... DR'S DO NOT USUALLY WAIT THAT LONG PAST UR DUE DATE, UR CHILD COULD BE AT RISK FOR INFECTION FROM MECONIUM IN THE WOMB.

U SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN INDUCED OR SCHEDULED FOR C-SECTION.

I WOULD DEFF. GO TO THE ER AND THELL THEM UR PROBLEM AND WETHER U LIKE THAT DR OR NOT, THEY COULD POSSIBLY SAVE UR DAUGHTERS LIFE. WHATS MORE IMPORTANT?

UR DAUGHTER OR THE DR. U LIKE THAT WONT BE BACK FOR 2 MORE WEEKS?

GO RIGHT NOW!
GOOD LUCK AND CONGRATULATIONS!
