is it possible for a girl to have both looks and personality?

It is very possible, and I too have come across the rare phenomenom. She had looks (I would say comparable to Audrey Hepburn), personality (a sweetheart who put a lot of passion into anything she did, and she generally put others before herself, not to mention all the dedication she put into her Fraternities [yes, girls can be in Fraternities if they're Co-Ed] and that she has her degree in Special Education, working with moderate to severe MR/MD), and brains (I believe she graduated *** Laude, if not the next one up). So it is possible, it just depends on upbringing and your definitions of looks and personality, although I think most (if not everyone) would agree she fit the bill.

Maybe not at your age, or at least to you it doesn't seem like it. It seems like you're in HS (From your other questions)...At your age, things are a little different then when you become adults.
When you grow up a little more and enter into the "real" world (Not that you haven't expirienced the "real" world already) you'll see that it IS possible to have looks AND personality.
There are plenty of us out there that do have both!

I hate to say it, but it surprises the sh!t out of me any time I do meet a girl who is beautiful both outside and in. It is possible though, I have met a few. ( I admit it, I just put myself in the good personality, not so great looks category)

Yes, it's definitely possible. It's also possible that they are intelligent among other great characteristics. Although some girls are so conceited their ego supercedes everything else.

It is possible but, the guys who only want girls for their looks don't care if their smart or not, and some just act stupid or slow so guy doesnt feel intemidated by them
