Your party has done that before and the hatred level is now about what it was then.

You know I really didn't like Clinton. I think he is trailer trash and defiled the Presidency. But I have more respect for the office of the Presidency than to spit on Clinton.

Never I admire those young men but I don't think they should be there and they probably don't either.
My friend is a Vietnam vet who was spat on when he came home is against the war in Iraq probaly because he saw a lot of good men die for nothing.
Also I hope you acknowledge everybodys soldiers even the ones from other countries that most people conveniently forget are backing America in this war.

I didn't know slavery was back since you consider them YOUR Soldiers. Another ridiculous problem is you believe what the Republican media tells you. People are NOT against the Soldiers. People are against what bush has done, which is going to war in Iraq over a lie and to make a profit off of OUR VALUED SOLDIERS' LIVES. The ones who have come home already have received a hero's welcome. Have you heard on the news or from the Republican spinners (Limbaugh, Faux News, etc) that Soldiers who came home were spit on? NO, but you continue to believe them.

Start thinking beyond the Republican media BS...

Why would I spit on a soldier? Would you quit it...just because we do not support this war does not mean we would spit on troops. I can not believe you would even say that! And they are not YOUR soldiers....Jeff....get a grip on reality and show some respect for the other party.

I think all Americans support our troops and will rejoice in their return and mourn those that dont return safely. Any hatred of this war is directed at the president and his decisions. Not everyone can be classified as a liberal or a conservative. There is a whole lot of ground in the middle where most people feel comfortable.

Oh. Get off it!

Only the crazies are happy at the prospect of American soldiers dying. If anything, opponents to the war are the ones calling for an end to the slaughter. We're just opposed to continuing a war that didn't make sense to begin with. And I would be very happy to see every single one of these guys come back alive and well.
If they feel insulted by my attitude, so be it. They have a right to their opinion too. But for a bunch of people who are so concerned for the soldiers, you're sure in no hurry to get them out of harm's way.

No, conservative. My alleged hatred will not make me spit on OUR soldiers when they come home. Though I don't support Bush or the war, I support the troops.

Of course your ignorance, conservative, assumed I was against the soldiers. You may now go back to watching Fox News, listening to Rush, and reading Ann Coulter's books.

Thankfully, very few of the anti-war liberals are like that this time.

Although a lot to the rhetoric the liberals spew out is detrimental to the soldiers, it is their intention to get them home ASAP.

They're not your soldiers, and i'll probably be helping them spit on you for sacrificing them for such stupid reasons as Bush as done.

What? Are you just trying to start a
fight tonight or what? Your statements
don't make credible sense, so there's
not much reason to waste time on them.
