I think I like both equally. I live about 20 minutes from the mountains, so it's beautiful to see them everyday, not only visit them. And I've been to California, so of course the beaches there are pretty awesome.. (I <3 Santa Monica)

mountains. my house is nestled in the mountains in East Tennessee, and let me tell you, there is nothing like it. Its peaceful, relaxing, and romantic. . The temperature is perfect, you arent right up on top of people, and no sunburn worries, but it is still warm enough to swim. You can hike anytime you want, climb trees, go hunting or four wheeling. Everyday feels like a vacation and i couldnt imagine living any other way.
