I am a fan of building ocean liner models and have every ship immaginable except the TSS Normandie. The Normandie was a French ocean liner built in the thirties as a rival to Cunard's Queen Mary and Elizabeth. As hard as I try, I can never find an unassembled kit. Does anyone know were I can get one?

WOW... a tough search!! I'm a builder of 1/350 scale Naval vessels, and couldn't find ANYTHING for the TSS Normandie other than a HUGE model : http://www.modelshipmaster.com/products/ocean_liners/Normandiemodel.htm

I've searched Revell, Heller, Trumpeter, Italiera, Hasagawa... everyone !!

Looks like time to start a scratch building project ! Take a Queen Mary for the basic hull and go from there ?

Good Luck !
