This may seem nit-picky but...
The song I find most offensive is:
"Hey! Hey! You! You!
I don't like your girlfriend!
No way No way!
I think you need a new one." it isn't about what you think, girlie. It's about what he thinks and what he wants... very arrogant song.
Next worse: "Doncha wish your girlfriend was hot like me..?"
insulting and presumptuous. Most guys I know would say, "My gf is hotter than you. So.. no."
And one that I think is great, not offensive but I'm sure other ppl think it is: "My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard, and their life is better than yours, d*mn right, it's better than yours..."
Also, (and I got flagged and deleted for this quote so i have to change it a bit) "Love me or hate me, its still an obsession.
Love me or hate me, that is the question.
If you love me then Thank you!
If you hate me then screw you!" b/c if you hate me and don't even know me, that's just stupid.

So, what songs do you feel strongly about?

I agree that many rap songs are offensive. But I really only dislike gangster rap. I like some of Eminem's songs because his rhymes are very creative and almost .. intelligent (it's not right when he swears and puts people down tho).
Other raps I like: Sir Mix Alot's songs, Wil Smith's songs, Beastie Boys, B.I.G. and that "California" song by Tupac.

I wouldn't really say that I am "offended" by any particular song, but I do wish that musicians could use a little intelligence and tone down the amount of cursing and foul language that they use. It didn't really bother me that much until I had children. Now I can't even listen to the radio anymore when we are in the car. I think that all music genres are guilty of this, but gangster rap seems to be the worst.

there isnt a particular song but many rap songs that talk so nasty about girls and sex. a lot of those songs use really strong language that make the songs really unpleasant. i dont really want to listen to music talking about a womans private parts.

I am a christian woman and any song that has swearing or talks about sex or drugs I will not listen to . Besides I have kids and they don't need to be hearing it either.
