Had too much sugar. By the time I fell asleep, I I could dream about was like this horror movie. This guy's watching the people being tortured in his control room on tv and he stabs his own hand. He cackles and attempts to cut a huge hole out of his hand. Woke me up scared as hell and feeling a little queasy.

Yes I have had a really, really bad nightmare that seemed so real. It was about these guys with guns getting into our house from our garage door and trying to kill us. I woke up so scared that I couldn't move. Actually I had that dream off and on since we moved into our home.

My husband is in the military. One night I had a dream that he went to Iraq, and he was hit by a mortar shell and died. I saw him die in the dream and then I was at our home when the officer came and handed me the folded flag and said "I'm sorry ma'am." I woke up sobbing because I thought it had really happened. Luckily my husband was there, ans he held me for hours till I could sleep again.
I have had some bad dreams, but this is one that could become real, which makes it more scary than any dream I have or will ever have.

I have a dream ( more than one time) Where I am in a theater. I'm watching a stage but everything is black and white. A man is playing a piano and people are walking up to the left and the right of him. He looks at each person and shakes his head yes or no. When he shakes his head no the person cries. When he shakes his head yes that person just walks away. I have know idea why I have this dream but I always wake up very disturbed.

When I was little I had a dream that these weird men were playing poker in my basement (but it wasn't really my basement) and I was sitting on this fat guy's lap. He had a dark frizzy beard and was wearing a red flannel shirt. Then someone came in and started shooting. Everyone was shot dead except me and the fat guy. I think I woke up then.

It was the first nightmare I woke from screaming. Some men had taken my sister hostage and said they were gonna kill her in front of me. The thought of losing my sister was so unbearable I just began screaming, screaming with so much might that I actually screamed in real life... *shudders*

Don't laugh, but two nights ago I actually dreamed about President George W. Bush. I jest You not. I was one of His advisors or speach writers and He asked Me what He should say in answer to a question and I told Him to tell the truth...........and then I woke up to go to the bathroom. Scary, or what?

I have control issues......
I control every dream that I have to one extent or another. I havn't had a nightmare since I was 9 years old.

Seems juvenile, but I get recurring dreams (about 4 times a year) where Freddy Kruger is chasing me and I cannot get away. I try to scream, but no sound comes out.

Yes and was scared that I'd dream about it again the next night, too!
Trapped in a world that looked like this one, but the people were NOT my family and they claimed to be.
