No, I think it was a bad idea too... but touch-a-bubble, that was funny to watch.

Edible bubbles would be too easy to tamper with. What if you made your own bubbles in the bathtub at home and slipped them onto the grocery shelves?

why, kids were trying to eat them before.. I even remember in the late 80's early 90's they had bubbles that were like.. super bubbles.. they had a toxic plastic substance in them which made them stronger.. you could blow 5 foot bubbles easily using the little plastic stick... (and they were practically technicolor..)
