Hannah,
You're young! While Victoria Secret is a nice name to have on your body, it's expensive. Hell, I USE to be addicted but then reality hit, no one sees my underwear but me and the Significant Other. The ladies at WALMART will be happy to measure you for a right fit. Not to mention you can get enough bra & panties at a reasonable price.
I'll post the website link so you can browse!
Good Luck! :-)

Just go to a store that sells women's under garments (like victoria's secret, macy's ect) and ask them. They'll measure your chest and they know all about the different types of bras and stuff. Just tell them what you want and they'll help you select some good stuff and have you try them on so you know what's comfy. And they can get you matching undies too.

The A,B,C, and D's of Determining Your Bra Size
Bra size. What do all those letters mean? Is a cup size 8 ounces?
Using a measuring tape, determine the number of inches around your chest, just below your breasts.
Add 5 inches if it is an odd number; add 4 inches if it is an even number. This is your bra measurement.
To find out what size cup you need, measure around the fullest part of your breasts
If the two numbers are the same, you need an AA-cup.
If the two numbers differ by 1 inch, you need an A-cup.
If the two numbers differ by 2 inches, you need a B-cup.
If the two numbers differ by 3 inches, you need a C-cup.
If the two numbers differ by 4 inches, you need a D-cup.
If the two numbers differ by 5 inches, you need a DD-cup.
Example:
Claudia's first measurement, around her chest, just below her breasts, was 28 inches. Adding 4 inches gives her 32 inches. This is her bra measurement. Claudia's second measurement, around the fullest part of her breasts was 34 inches. The difference between the two numbers (in this case, 32 and 34) is 2 inches, so she needs a B-cup. Her bra size is 32B.

For bras, I would suggest checking out a store in your community that specializes in women's underwear-not necessarily Victoria's Secret. There is one in my community where women can buy undergarments when they have special health issues such as mastectomy. They also serve women who do not have health problems. The brands sold there you can probably find for less at other stores once you get properly fitted. As for the panties, I would find a size that is comfortable and buy from a discount store.

Well, I do not recommend Victoria Secret for sizing, as I've heard (and experienced) their lack of skill with sizing.
Check out Sears, JCPenney, or Nordstroms and get sized.
What size are you wearing now? I would work with that size if you don't want to get sized.
For ex., if you are currently wearing a 34A, try a 36A. If the breasts are overflowing but your band size is nice, try a 36B.

You are growing and your hormones are going crazy. Hormones can make your boobs hurt when you remove your bra.
Just go to a dept store and browse.
