My fiance thinks the name I want for a girl sounds like a pornstar name and I think his is even worse than what I want!!!
Then name I like is Amber Raine, the name he wants is Sadie Emerald.
Honestly, what's your opinions???

FYI, the last name will be Nolan and our first daughter's name is Ashley Jade. He was thinking along the lines of having another variation of green as the middle name since MY fav color is green! LOL

Oooooh, I like that name - Amber Raine. it's very preety, and I don't think it sounds like a pornstars name at all!
And, I agree with you on his idea for a name. I really don't like the "Sadie Emerald" name.
Uhm, just as extra advice to win getting the name you want, tell him that you're the one giving birth. ^.-

I am Amber Anne so of course I like the Amber but I love the name Sadie too which means Princess. How about....
Sadie Amber
or
Sadie Raine

Honestly I think Amber Raine is a cute name and name Emerald sounds like a name for a dog . Come here emerald thats a good dog and Sadie sounds like someone's grandmother

I like both names, but what about a compromise like sadie raine, or amber emerald? But hey, I have a sister named Echo Athena Marie, so I like unique names. I think Amber Raine is beautiful though.
PS I had a friend when i was younger named Misty Dawn, you can tell him that name, Amber Raine is much prettier.

I personally like Sadie Emerald. Amber is a very common name, at least in my area (VA). I've never met someone name Sadie though. Good Luck! ^_^

well...it kind of does sound like one, i've just heard the name raine somewhere...related to porn.
but sadie....makes me think of a dog, probably because someone i knew had a dog named sadie
maybe those are just my personal perceptions of the names
but i do like the middle name emerald
i think thats really good and original without trying too hard
and amber is a good name, theres not too many ambers around right?

Honestly, I think his name sounds more like a porn star or stripper. Yet I like both of them. The most important thing is that this baby belongs to both of you and you should both like the name.
How about Sadie Raine?
