Been asked...a lot. "Can I hold you because my teddy bear went missing?", "So...yeah I make this (says amount of money) in a year", "Damn baby you fine, I think you would look good on my arm.", My personal favorite, "Can you bend over real slow and give me a smile over you're shoulder, I think you would be perfect for this movie I'm making.", "I'm a photographer and I would love to photograph you."
One my ex used though, "So I'm bored here and you look bored too...how about you come grocery shopping with me?" It made me laugh so hard because he was serious and we did do his grocery shopping together, he had a list and everything.

I used to ask lovely women I met, "Have you ever thought about modeling?" But I was serious, not chatting them up; I really did want to know if they were interested and if they were I'd trade time-for-prints and do a portfolio for them. Of course, when they first heard that they were sure it was a pick-up line ... until I showed them my photography. Never hit on one during the photography sessions either. Now well after the photo sessions ... okay, there were a couple I asked out. And they said, yes, too. I married one of them. :-)
