A quarter pounder with cheese meal. And a side of common sense to give to the idiot who did Supersize Me.
You'd think someone who can write a book would realize that if he makes the unwise choice to eat any fast food in great quantity for any length of time it would not be good for him.
Lots of napkins please, to stuff in the mouths of the idiots who will defend Supersize Me as being absolute truth.

I always get a salad. Grilled, lean small chicken in a bed of greens. I don't know what they call these, but they have pictures of them up on the menu. Lo cal dressing.
And generally, a bottle of water.
These are about the healthiest things I can see there.

Salad and coffee. I wouldn't eat any other items you have. I'm ONLY getting this here, because it's the last resort. Every other eating place in the city is closed, including markets. Nothing personal. We have all seen the movie Supersize Me. That says it all. It was a real serious eye opener.
