do you use a nightlight or like the room totally dark? totally dark total silence or music, tv etc. playing silence do you like the room, cold, hot or just room temperature room temperature left side of the bed, right, or either left side sleep on your side, back, or stomach stomach are you a snorer? don't know what time do you usually turn in for the day? 11pm sleep in the nude, pajamas, undies, dog collar, jk lol pair of shorts how many hours of sleep do you usually get? 6 or 7 do you lock your door? ( in case i want to visit sometime, lol ladies that is, I am not a lady and no I don't lock my bedroom door

In the winter, I like hot baths mostly, they really help in the winter months. In the fall, I love being outside, the air seems crisper. In the summer, I like to take two showers. In the spring, to be honest, I like to smoke, and no NOT nicotine. I feel like I get a better enlightenment about the earth. And listening to music is the thing that I do year round.

well, after work I usually hop on my bike and ride to the park that I live near. For me, biking is a great sport because it clears your mind and your getting exercise. During the winter, I usually just sit inside and watch TV and spend time with my wife.

go for a run or at least a brisk walk. take a long shower and rest on the sofa or recliner with a good book, an interesting magazine or just catch up with my tivo and order take out!
