I don't think anyone is going to say "Yes! I am!" We all have our times! :) Sometimes you are judgmental without even realizing it, and that's just perfectly normal. However, if someone is repeatedly acting like they are better than you and condemning you, then, yes, that person really needs to be brought back to reality. You have to try very, very hard not to be because if you are, in all likelihood you will have others acting in the same fashion to you. The Golden Rule always applies...despite how divergent the situation may be.
