It seems that exposure to hydric acid (the universal solvent) is causing you to become confused. The MSDS is incomplete and doesn't list any particular decontamination procedure.

I would suggest rinsing the afflicted area with pure ethanol since ethanol will readily bond to hydric acid. Then a second rinse with methyl ethyl ether to remove the remnants of contaminated ethanol.
I've used that procedure many times to decontaminate telescope mirrors that were cleaned in dihydrogen monoxide (which is what I'm certain you are referring to).
