Because Cheney told him that he could. Cheney is the real problem. Bushie cannot think for himself. Cheney is the puppeteer and Bush is the puppet. Sad...very sad. Thank God the reign of the Bush/Cheney terror has almost come to an end.

Bush has many times made the statement that this is "HIS COUNTRY". When he took the oath of office, it was an oath to the people of the United States to uphold the laws of the land and to defend the Constitution. But he misunderstood the words "so help you" to mean "so help myself", my friends and my family, This is MY COUNTRY, ALL MINE! As seen just by the Katrina disaster, the genocide that happened there, he cares not for America or her people.

"Play" the United States - - I don't think he is playing us - we hear, see, and read about everything that is going on.
He may not do what everyone thinks is right, but there isn't much that gets by people.

I doubt that stupid loser can play checkers. He's BS has been showing for years. The Conservative just can't seem to stomach the idea that their tax breaks are worth people dying. Who knows - maybe they are too busy counting their money to care.
