Supposedly they always take August off because of the heat. Is it right for the Iraqi Government to take a month off while U.S. troops continue to fight & die??????

When the ERA is passed and YOU have to register for Selective Service THEN you can have an opinion on soldiers fighting and dying.

I'm wondering if all of Iraq views August this way. It may be part of their culture. It's sad that our government would abuse our men and women this way. Don't put it on the Iraqis. Put the blame where it belongs.

They didn't want the US over there in the first place!

They can take a vacation when they want to!!
