I want to find ebooks that are free and contain reselling rights...

Join warrior forum... there is an entire thread where people post their resell e books for free... I have hundreds of them....

Ditto on joining warriorforum.com and checking Ebay. Most of the ebooks with resell rights sell for about a penny.

If you're looking for eboooks to resell with resell rights checkout http://ebookstoresell.tallurl.com they have over 1200 ebooks so you have lots of choices.

No. that should thoroughly defeat the point of having resell rights. besides, resell rights in basic terms ability you're allowed to make funds merchandising the e book, not which you very own the copyright on the e book.
