He consistantly stayed at about 29% approval rating for a while now. Is this one of Bush's best accomplishments - being consistant?

He has been pretty consistent with getting on my nerves and pissing me off. To do that for nearly eight years is a pretty interesting accomplishment.

He's also very consistent about not telling the truth.
And very consistent about favoring the very wealthy.
And very consistent about spending tax dollars without regard for the good of the nation.
And very consistent about protecting those in his administration that get caught breaking the law.
So, yes, I guess he should get some kind of a medal for consistency.

I think striving to succeed and consistency in overcoming obstacles is an admirable quality.
Stubborn futile bull headedness that causes deaths of thousands including United States military men and women and the wounding of over 20,000 military; and billions of dollars of citizens tax dollars is incredibly stupid.
What is just as troubling is that the right wing of the Republican party keep supporting this mental defective.

He is consistent.... that's undeniable.
But that 20-whatever percent is more the fact that someone can be convinced of anything. I've seen similar statistics for people who believe the world is less than 10,000 years old, and who believe that WW2 was fought in the Middle East against Arabs.

The way I look at it, there are so many others who are never consistant, constantly lying, cheating while married, and so on - do I need to go on?
Find someone new to pick on, like one of those running currently - it is about time they feel some heat instead of their last year and a half in office.

He is consistent on keeping us safe. You are consistent for not seeing Congresses approval rating is lower.

Consistently wrong. No WMD, Iraq going bad, 'Brownie you're doing heck of a job,' failed social security agenda, failed immigration agenda....
Consistent failure is what he is. Which I can relate to really. Likable guy though. Because I can relate to him.
