Dating back, I'd have to say Eddie Murphy. Raw and Delirious are still the two funniest stand-ups ever.
Other than him, I'd say Dave Chappelle, Richard Pryor and Chris Rock are all pretty damned funny.

That relies. Different men and women uncover differenct men and women humorous. Personal style performs a giant facet in answering that question. Some could uncover Chris Rock humorous. Others could uncover him crass. Some could uncover Raymond humorous. Others lame. Depends. TFTP
