Just go up to her and say "Mum, I've got my period". She has them too, as do all women, and there's nothing to be ashamed of or embarrassed by. If your close to that age, talk to Mum about having what you need at hand so that you are ready wherever and whenever it happens. Ask her to explain how they are used. Some come wrapped, and you can keep a change of underwear and a few packets with you at all times. A small zippered bag will keep it discrete if you want to. Then you can pop them into your school bag or shoulder bag, and be ready.
You might even be able to help out a friend who is less prepared.
Good luck girl, and welcome to the club!

She'll be extremely joyful to no end which you have have been given shared this together with her. this is a sort of issues that belong to a mom and daughter. and you extra suitable get close in "that way" reason there are numerous questions that come alongside with sessions, vaginal issues like yeast infections, intercourse, and being pregnant. Your mom is your "Yahoo solutions." no longer us. She's been there and continues to be possibly there! in case you get a yeast an infection or perchance something hurts, you ought to ask her rather of merely waiting around for it to bypass away or asking somebody online. it's going to shorten the time you're in misery and make the two one in each and every of you experience even nearer. i won't be able to count quantity the kind of situations I easily have asked the two my mom and grandma approximately issues like this. and you do no longer ought to apply the words. case in point, say you have a yeast an infection, yet you do no longer comprehend it. you are able to bypass as much as her and say, "mom, i'm having some rather terrible itching and burning "down south the border" or "down there." extra advantageous than possibly, she'll ask is it interior or out, and you merely answer as to what it is, interior or out. merely tell her which you at the instant are not completely mushy yet on being straight away out with the words and what no longer. yet, you like your mom, now and continuously. When it comes you tell your mom that you need to talk to her privately for a minute about something very important. Then when you get in to another room you just let her know that your period started and need help finding pads (if you aren't sure where to find them that is).

What's the problem? You just calmly walk up to your mom, tell her to sit down because you have something serious to tell her. When she sits down. Tell her: "Mom I love you very much. You have been a wonderful mom to me during my childhood. I will cherish my childhood days for the rest of my life. But now mom, I am no longer a child, I'm a...... WOMAN!!! I started my period".

Just tell her you started your period. Just like that. This will not be a surprise for your mom. It happens to all females of a certain age, including her. It's perfectly natural. Relax. Don't worry about it.

Actually, i was nervouse too when i had to tell my mom. But my case was a little diffrent because i thought i had some strange disease lol but then i told her straight out, before begging her that i dont want to see a doctor lol. Just tell her straight out, she goes through the same thing, she'll understand.

Just tell her upfront. Your mom was supposed to warn you about the period before it comes.
You mom is your mom. She must be a first person to tell such intimate things.
