Well, if you are in disagreement about about property split and/or custody of the children, get a lawyer ASAP.

If you're just contesting the divorce itself, I'm sorry about that. I've been there. Roll with it. If one spouse doesn't want to be married anymore, its better to let go and start moving on. Its tough, very heart-wrenching however, life does go on, even though it doesn't seem like it will right now, I promise, it will. Hang in there. Good luck

Get a lawyer, unless you both agree to the terms of the divorce then you will have to have a lawyer helping you

Not a lot you can do. I'm pretty sure that your partner doesn't need your permission to divorce you. Get a lawyer.

Hire an Attorney and file a counter suit,clearly noting what you feel is not factual.
Do not try to do this without an Attorney...
