Well it depends on what you're talking about?
For instance where I work at, one night these people came in, and kept teasing her really bad, kept triing to scare her really bad. At first it was funny. But they kept it up.After 15 minutes of them non stopping, triing to scare her, where she almost broke something. I finally told them all, "Enough is enough,If she breaks anything at all, caused by you scaring her. You're gonna pay for it"...............All of a sudden, the whole shop emptied out, except for the lady the others were teasing. So that is when ENOUGH really is ENOUGH

When you can't take any more -- whether it is food (feeling full), emotionally (you are sick and tired of prejudice/abuse), or anything else!
Enough is Enough ... and that is when one should extricate oneself from the situation (if at all possible) and walk away!

When your hurting someone. Or when someone is hurting you.. Such as jeopardizing your life and threatening you.. Or even putting your life, or people around them lives at stack and don't care..
