Start out by doing a ton of community theater to get a resume. Then get headshots and an agent for u to find auditions. If your community doesn't do plays, then try for school plays. If you don't have those, then just skip ahead and get an agent but its very rare that a community doesn't have a theater group. Google "Theater groups in (your city)" or choose the city closeest to yours. I highly recomend theater because you'll make tons of friends, get a resume, learn to sing and dance (if you don't already), and you'll get a taste of how amazing the talent really is out there.
