If you truely do workout 2-3 hours a day, and you have a decent diet, and you are already tone- why do you want to lose 10 pounds? Eating right and exercising are the ony ways to do it, and to actually keep off the weight. If you just stop eating, then your metabolism slows down, and forces your body to store everything you eat. Eat many little meals throughout the day, while drinking lots of water... If you are already skiiny, losing an additional 10 pounds will take a while.

How about switching to a Weight Watchers diet. It's a point-based system that prescribes a certain amount of points for people. The points are based on the number of calories, fat, and fiber. The types of foods that you would eat are typically whole wheat products and other diet foods in smaller portions.
My wife went on weight watchers and lost 20 lbs. in about 2 weeks.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

you're not eating?

if you're skipping meals your body is telling itself that you are starving and needs to hold on to the most fat it can.

drink a lot of water and just have a good diet. try not to reduce the amounts of food you would intake regularly but simply replace the bad food with healthy stuff.
