Even if you stay at one of Disney's resorts, your admission still is not free. You can get a package where you add your tickets on, but you still have to pay for them. You can also add dining and things to your package.
If you get a package to include your tickets, it does help a little on cost because (depending on when you book) most dates do offer discounts which can really help with the cost. They do lots of different specials, such as ticket upgrades, free dining, free night, etc. So it is good to keep an eye out.
The only way to get free tickets is to do a timeshare deal, however, even with this you are spending several hours of your time at an annoying sales pitch. In my opinion, they aren't free anyway.

Yes there are hotels......no you cannot get into the park for free (unless it's part of your hotel package and then it's not really free is it!?!).
Even if you stay at a hotel on property, you'll have to pay for admission to the park like anyone else. You just won't have to pay for parking since most property hotels are connected to the monorail system and you can just hitch a ride.
Happy travels!

No. Unfortunatly theme park admission is charged seperatly from your accomodations. But if you try hard enough, you can get a good deal on the rooms at some of the value resorts (All-Star's, and Pop Century) so it'll make the park admission more bearable.
