Why do Conservatives Claim Libs Support Terrorists?

when Conservative Presidents have armed and trained most of the terrorist leaders/organizations ?

Do they have short-term memories?

Because it's easier to say that liberals are unpatriotic than it is to come up with a real reason to oppose what they think.

Many conservatives think that going to Iraq was fighting terrorism even though there weren't any there until the U.S. decided to liberate the Iraqi's. Actually, it was one of the few countries that was able to keep them out, but that is irrelevant to them. Now its Al Qaeda's second home. The first being the Pakistan/Afghanistan border. Of course, if we would have just stayed the course in Afghanistan, the likelihood is that Al Qaeda would have nearly been extinguished. Somehow they have turned all of that into liberals supporting terrorists.

Remember, "If you aren't with us, you're against us", as Pres. Bush so aptly put it. I'm guessing that is what the people who say liberals support terrorists are basing their empty claim on.

Could there have been an easier path to follow to more quickly and efficiently rid the world of terrorists? I believe so. Saddam Hussein did some bad stuff over the years but posed no imminent threat to the U.S. when we invaded them.

Claim to have a lock on family values while diddling prostitutes or boys.
Evade combat these chicken halks talk about traitors when Democrats object to continueing to pursue idiotic strategic blunders with a bang your head against the wall strategy that will make the wall come down some day and meanwhile innocent iraq men, women and children die as well as United States military men and women.
In the meantime back in Afghanistan the taliban is building up reserves and preparing to attack more targets in the west., ie., meaning europe and the United States.
Every Republican right winger should be voted out of office and allow the Democrats to clean up the mess.

As to your claim...please provide ACCURATE links as I believe the Dems were the supporters of more radical groups.
Next...when you see the PC wastes libs are concerned over the civil rights of terrorists and the defecating on a Koran rather than the innocents being beheaded..
Next the libs protesting the soldiers and making claims that the terrorists are right in their sneaky attacks

I grew up on this logic (grew up in the 60s), except it was commies then.

Whenever you wanted people to shut up, you called them commies.

Now, you call them terrorists.

It means, do NOT think; do not consider such arcane irrelevancies as international law or human decency.

What the government does is always right.

Well when you have alot of far-left people criticizing the US and saying the US are the terrorists then you might assume they support terrorists. How can someone like Rosie say what she does and not support terrorists. How can Liberals like Edwards say the war is a "bumper sticker" if they do not support terrorists?
