Write it into a poem, sing it in a song, express it in ways that I couldn't without a medium. Sometimes the pain feeds your talent. Sometimes it takes yelling to express it, but there is always a way to let it out!

like when im angry about something..
displacement.. i find something with no value go outside and break it... you might have done this by hitting your pillow or throwing the phone.. People do it all the time but they dont realize it..

a study showed that it helps super for theropy.. liek these 5 ppl were taken to a hotel and got to take sledgehammers to a couple of rooms that were goignto be renovated anyway.. They went to a few more sessions after this event and showed that they have gotten better and feel less stressed and etc..


but if your not taling about being angry.. like overwhelemed and trapt, I just sit and think and go tlak to someone that can help/ that i feel comfortable with..

I'm starting to worry about you. I don't particulary like you line of questioning. Not that I don't mind answering them, it's because I am really starting to worry, it's really starting to sound like a little along the line of depression. Anyways , I just try to ignore it. I try to hang out with friends, even though about the only time I get to do that is at work because we all work together. I still enjoy their company and I talk to them. You need to find a good friend that you can talk to, that you can tell anything to and that you can trust This will help you a great deal. I think if I didn't have my friends I would have gone crazy by now.

You need to talk to someone that knows how to deal with depression and pain. Friends mean well but dont always have the skills to help.Dont let it keep going ask for help.

I cry, and cry, and cry somemore. Sometimes that is all I need to do to purge the pain. Other times I get high... and that always helps lift my mood. Yeah, I know it is not good, but sometimes I just gotta, you know?

Coming online helps too. I chat with my online buddies, and I laugh and stuff.

I pray. I try to focus on something besides the pain, something...anything. Every one of us has something to be grateful for....our vision, perhaps our health, a roof over our heads, etc. Think on what you have rather than what you don't have. Interact with others. Talk to someone you trust.

I went pretty much completely insane and started to majorly talk to myself and shut everyone else out and never talked to anyone everyone was scared and worried about it it's left me a bit unstable but i'm much better now

I cry, believe me Ive had more than my fair share of pain , The last 3 years of my life have been hell, and i had stuff before that too. Ive cryed rivers.
But we have to pick ourselves up and go on.

Try to focus on something good in your life. If things are not going well sometimes you have to try to make your own happiness.
