Hi, I own two apple trees and on all of them there have been small irregular raised warts. The warts are light brown and eyesore, they don't affect the tast or texture of the apple but I cannot sell them in this condition. What are they and how can they be prevented?

It sounds like Apple Scab, a fungal disease. Apple scab overwinters in leaves and fruit on the ground so cleaning up well in the fall is essential. Then you need to monitor the leaves, shoots, blossoms and fruit starting in the early spring and use fungicides as needed. may be apple scab. try a fungicide listed for scab
