Tell her you respect her choice and want her to be happy but feel obligated to express your concern...tell her how you feel and be supportive of her decision and if things don't work out just be there for her and never say I told you so. That will be the world to her and also ease your mind that you did what you could knowing that ultimately the choice is hers and you will respect that.

There's nothing you can do for her, she needs to make that decision herself and I suggest you let her know how you feel but be careful because you don't want to piss her off where she'll not come around you any more. It really isn't your problem, fortunately.
