I'm having a hard time deciding on which school i can accomplish the most at which one will i get a job the fastest and which one is the best school for medcine. I'm planing on getting my phd.They are both good school but i need help on deciding which is better. I'm going into nueroscience.

You can find medical school rankings at the link below. University of Michigan is ranked in the top ten. Wayne State doesn't even make the rankings.

Wayne State's School of Medicine is one of the best funded research facility in the country, and has a leading neuroscience department. You may do better there, simply because neuro is one of the school's areas of specialization. Good luck whichever you decide.

Both are excellent. Both have good medical schools. However in terms of prestige and overall quality, Michigan (Ann Arbor) is generally considered significantly superior.
