Any inkjet printer can print a barcode onto a label. What you want is a barcode generating program, of which there are many at http://www.sourceforge.net

I recently needed that to test a new barcode scanner using the same barcodes the customer supplied. I looked on the web and the best one I found was http://www.freebarcodes.com/barcodes.asp It lets you enter nay number and then prints the barcode with its numbers.
The program will work with any printer on your computer and lets you resize the printed image if needed.
