i was interested in these colleges i was wondering what gpa you needed as an out of state student to be accpeted into the system of UC and CS. please help me out

For the UC schools, you need a high GPA, high SAT scores and a high place in class. If you have 2000+ and finished in the top 10% of your class, you have a decent shot at some UC school -- but may need to do a little better for Berkeley or UCLA.

For the CSU schools -- you need to be able to breathe. For the money you would have to pay as an out-of-state resident, you could find dozens of schools that would be better.
