Cons hate libs, libs hate cons, why not become two seperate countries? The blue states can be one and make as liberal a laws as they please, while the red states be as conservative as they please. As long as it's fairly peaceful, maybe it would be for the best.

If the blue states would get tougher on crime, I'd like it.
We wouldn't have to be enemies, could still travel freely and do business and be allies militarily, but if the reds want to march fervently to bring on armageddon, they'd think twice if the blues wouldn't go along. And hey, it's the cons that are always saying Washington should stay out of their local affairs and just deal with defense.
And imagine the looks on all the con men's faces when droves of women start moving to the democratic states!
My problem is I live in florida, which should actually do the North/South Carolina/Dakota trick.
South Florida is more (D) and North Florida (R). It would be nice not to always have to compromise with people who you think are literal fools. Maybe So Fla could join the Northeast. We'd be geographically apart, but that's o.k. alaska is separated from us by canada.
No "civil" war, though. It's not worth it.

There are no "Red States " & "Blue States " . No " hate" that I know of . Maybe in the media, & in D.C., but that's it .I've never seen it in person.
I live in NY . What color is that? WRONG! It's overwhelmingly dark,dark "red", with a few "blue" islands . Those islands happen to have ~ 85% of the population,, of which ~2/3 are "blue" people, but..... ...- minor detail.;D I hear California is similar . Point is , not simple , as your question assumes .

David M...He has it right there. I have yet to see any violent confrontation on the streets of my home town in California between Democrat and Republican Militias.
I don't know about any of you folks, but I don't hear the rage and lunacy in the real world, that I see here on Y/A.

As much as I would love to get rid of liberals in my country, and run it with some ACTUAL common sense. Something tells me the breakup of the US would, I dunno, expose us to danger from the increasing military power of control freak governments like China? I'm reeaaallly not fond of communism..
