The crack was not found on my porch, it turns out they smoked it all before the cops showed up.

I'm sorry that your neighbors are on crack.
I've never had the cops show up, for
anything bad. I've called the cops, to
come to my friend's house when I was
house-sitting, and someone tried to
break in. I called the cops for that,
but nothing else has ever happened.

The cops came to my house a month ago to tell me to remove the little bit of grass that had gone in the street when we had mowed earlier that day!! They showed up at like 8:30 at night!!
