no but depression causes you to not get a restful sleep. i find when im lying in bed my mind starts spinning about everything so i turn on my radio and either listen to my favourite music or to a talk show and before i realize it, im drifting off to sleep . it helps take your mind off of negative things. if you think you may have depression, you make an appointment to see a doctor, this isnt something you can fix on your own.
