it is that disney channel brain washes us when we're young and then mtv brainwashes us as we get older... I hate those two channels their sooo annoying and i think i get stupider the more i watch them... well tell me what you think

i agree with you that those channels brainwash people and they do get stupider.
but i think it's better to be brain washed by the disney channel when you're young because you eventually grow out of it because you realize it's silly. it's a phase most kids go through.
however, when i was young, the disney channel (wasn't at that stage to brain wash kids) was still fun and actually had real shows and fun cartoons to watch, now it's replaced by shows such as high school musical and hannah montana (walt disney may be turning over in his grave!).
i think the older the disney channel gets, the less ideas they have, so they resort to teeny bopper shows and teeny bopper stars which results in kids being brainwashed by those kinds of things.
but mtv seriously brain washes you. i mean, i'm eighteen, and i absolutely despise mtv, because all their shows are risque and trashy. what are they trying to promote to teens?! the mvids are okay, cause we're teens and we like music, but the shows are incredibly trashy and i understand that everyone is entitled to at least ONE trashy show, but when you have a whole channel dedicated to them, you know something's wrong!

i havent watched mtv for years! i use to watch it faithfully too! it just went downhill as the years went on! it was cool when they played music stuff! now it makes me sick! they never even have videos on! very rarely do i see them showing videos, and if they do they are not even ones i would sit and watch!
so yes, i agreew/ you!

I have no problem with Disney.
MTV I haven't watched since 1986. I have no desire to watch music videos and their programming doesn't interest me.
