It doesn't really matter. I have all of them in my apartment complex, some don't speak English and the majority are illegal Mexicans. I love my upscale top of the mark apartment complex. You could move in too and I wouldn't mind a bit. You know what they say, "It's easier to be a big fish in a little pond than a little fish in a big pond."
