Yes, the brakes will function normally if the abs fails. The abs is controlled by a modulator which is separate from the system for your brakes.
brakes are designed nicely in case of failure.
1. You have the emergency brake, which operates mechanically.
2. You have the hydraulic lines controlling the four wheel brakes. One line controlls the RF wheel and the LR wheel. The other controls the LF wheel and the RR wheel. This is to give you optimum braking power if one of the lines should fail.

The brakes will still work, but the ABS system will not function. good luck.

Yes they will, but with out Anti-lock brakes don't slam your foot on the brakes and expect to stop quickly.
