Ok so I just noticed as I walking my inner thighs feel as if they are bruised. Not only that it hurts to walk because it feels like I have something putting pressure in my lower groin. What do you think it could be and has anyone else had this? I'm 35 weeks and 4 cm dialated. The doctor told me today that the baby was still pretty high up and he doesn't thinkhe has dropped.

It sounds like labor pains. Usually the difference between actual contractions and Braxton-Hicks is that the actual contractions eminate toward your legs and/or back, and they'll increase in intensity, duration, and frequency.

at this stage of your pregnancy, the baby is pushing his/her way through and the pelvic bones must gradually give way to allow the baby to pass when its time, this is a gradual process and its due to the pelvic bones stretching a little, if i may use that word.
I wish you a very safe delivery

Is this your first baby? It is probably due to the weight you have gained during your pregnancy.
